It is one of the best food trucks roaming in New York. They serve chicken cutlets, hand-pounded panko bread, egg plants and cod filets with some great salads made of potato and cucumber.

Roy Choi, who worked at Beverly Hilton, took his mixture of Mexican-Korean mixture of flavors to the streets in 2008. This mobile restaurant quickly gained prominence and beef short rib taco with 21 ingredient special sauce became his signature dish. Kogi is now an established restaurant and comprises of 5 trucks the location of which is tweeted to more than 96,000 followers daily.

This food truck is full of fun, flavor and philosophy. Calling it "traveling culinary carnival" will be just right as they bring dishes from mythical areas such as Merlindia Benethiopia and Volathai (the most recent one). Beef berbere, green green curry and butter chicken is one of their amazing dishes.

Matt Lewis, the owner, has brought in the flavors of New Orleans to Seattle where the on-wheel restaurant serves Janbalaya, Muffuletta and Gumbo among other delicacies from Louisiana.
