Redfort formally known as Lal Qila was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Shah Jahan had moved his place from Agra to delhi. Redfort lies along yamuna river. There are so many attractions of the places from inside.Some of the well known ones are, Nahr-i-Behisht,Zenana,Moti Masjid,Diwan-i-khas,Diwan-i-aam.

India gate is situated in the center of delhi city, it was inspired by Arc de Triomphe located in Paris. This is acutally known as "All india war Memorial" , it is a prominent landmark in Delhi and commemorates the 90,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives in World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War. It is composed of red and pale sandstone and granite.

Chandini Chowk is one of the largest whole sale markets of india and even asia. People in india activly visit this place for bulk purchase of clothes and ornaments. When ever there is a marriage or something then people always go to chandini chowk where they easily find the latest wedding stuff at very reasonable price. Chandini chock is right opposite the Red fort in delhi.

Jama Masjid of Delhi is one of the largest mosque in India. It is situated across the road in front of the Red Fort. Jama Masjid is one of the last architectural works of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Jama Masjid Mosque was built in red sandstone and marble by more than 5000 artisans. Originally called the Masjid-i-Jahan-Numa, or "mosque commanding view of the world", the Jama Masjid stands at the center of the erstwhile capital city of the Mughals, Shahjahanbad.

Qutb Minar is the tallest minaret in india, it is made of red stones and marbles. It has 379 stairs and is 72.5 meters in height. It was named after Qutub-ud-din Aibak who started its construction in the year 1192. Qutub minar is surrounded by several other ancient contructs which make it even more beautiful. Due to earthquakes the building is damaged so many times but repaired on time.

Lodhi Gardens is a park in Delhi,spread over 90 acres,a very calm place to visit in the afternoon, it contains, Mohammed Shah's Tomb, Sikander Lodi's Tomb, Sheesh Gumbad and Bara Gumbad, architectural works of the 15th century Sayyid and Lodis, a Pashtun dynasty which ruled much of Northern India during the 16th century.
